Dalpha Officially Launches Its 'Market Intelligence AI Solution'
- From collecting market data such as social media and reviews to analysis and deriving marketing insights
- Beta-test impact proven… formal contracts signed with 10 companies including iloom and Facade Pattern
Dalpha, the AI agent studio, announced on the 10th that it has officially launched its 'Market Intelligence AI Solution.'
The solution combines web-scraping technology with natural-language processing AI to automatically collect market data from blogs, portals, social media, communities, and more, then analyzes positive/negative trends over time, related keywords, and customer expressions. A key feature is that it automates everything from quantitative evaluation of your own brand and competitors to strategic recommendations.
Whereas existing social-listening products stop at providing abstract, macro-level information, Dalpha's solution stands apart by quantitatively analyzing concrete consumer reactions and product-centered trends, making a practical contribution to brands' strategy development and decision-making.
In addition, unlike GPT-based reports, it delivers actionable outputs that can be applied directly in practice—such as product improvement proposals, marketing copy, and content plans—based on real figures and statistical data. With just a keyword input, the entire process from data collection to analysis and report generation can be automated, and it also supports custom dashboards tailored to departments such as marketing, planning, and brand teams.
During the pre-launch testing phase, Dalpha collaborated with a total of 15 companies, and signed formal supply contracts with 10 of them, including iloom and Facade Pattern.
Going forward, Dalpha plans to add image- and video-based trend analysis capabilities, developing it into an AI agent that automatically detects and quantifies even visual elements. It will also provide insights centered on visual elements—such as packaging, styling, and ad creative—as quantified data.
Choi Min-hyuk, Business Development Lead at Dalpha, said, "Market Intelligence AI is not merely a tool that collects and displays data, but an AI solution that supports practitioners' decision-making across overall brand operations and automates repetitive tasks," adding, "In the second half of the year, we plan to collaborate with major domestic retail and content companies to further refine an operating structure that connects everything from product planning to marketing execution."
Dalpha builds and provides custom AI agents for enterprise customers, and is expanding its AI consulting–centered B2B business across a wide range of industries including manufacturing, distribution, education, and content.
