Over 200 AI Developers Apply in Just 2 Weeks… Dalpha Relocates Office and Expands Team on the Back of Rapid Growth

- After launching last year, Dalpha secured 13.3 billion won in investment within a year and a half, on an ultra-fast growth trajectory

Dalpha, an AI startup pursuing a custom "AI Daiso" for businesses, announced that it has recently expanded its team and completed its office relocation, fueled by rapid growth.

Founded in January last year, Dalpha was established by four co-founders from Seoul National University and currently employs 42 people.

Dalpha has recently shown explosive growth. The company is reportedly being sought out across a wide range of industries—including commerce, construction, manufacturing, marketing, and logistics—for help adopting AI.

Having primarily hired developers in its drive to innovate the AI market, Dalpha is recognized within the industry for its high level of technical capability. Industry insiders explain that this core competency is what enabled its rapid growth.

A Dalpha representative said the company now plans to hire SaaS service planners, AI consultants, and B2B marketers to advance and broadly promote its services and products. There are currently six open positions in total: backend engineer, AI consultant, B2B marketer, SaaS service planner, frontend engineer, and AI researcher.

Beyond the basic competencies each role requires—development skills or business skills—Dalpha places great importance on its "ideal candidate profile" in hiring. In line with this rapid growth and team expansion, Dalpha recently completed its office relocation. Its new home is on the 5th floor at 1836 Nambusunhwan-ro, Gwanak-gu, Seoul—still near Seoul National University, as before.
